Sellers on the NDSE receive copies of all documentation from transactions executed on NDSE. The Seller can elect to receive their post-sale support information via email or secure FTP transfer. Debt sellers are always updated with new documentation each time a transaction occurs on the exchange. Documents are received by the seller within 48 hours of the transaction.

CMAX Post-Sale Servicing Options

Sellers may elect to have the CMAX Client Services Team manage all of the post-sale support functions for their buyers. Those debt sellers selling on an individual account basis may prefer this option to handling the media and buyback requests themselves.

Using the CMAX Client Services Team to service the buyers of your portfolios can open up the opportunity of multiple buyers and consequently more revenue to you. NDSE buyers that have purchased accounts directly from CMAX in the past have had good results working with our Client Services Department.
