The documentation process for selling your accounts on CMAX NDSE is easy. Prior to submitting a portfolio for evaluation you must first complete the Confidentiality Agreement and Listing Agreement. The Confidentiality Agreement is standard in the collections industry and protects you and CMAX from disclosure of private information to third parties. The Listing Agreement ensures that you understand your obligations as a seller on the NDSE. The Listing Agreement does not obligate you to sell on NDSE until you have completed a Placement Order after your portfolio has been evaluated.

With your Confidentiality and Listing Agreements in place, CMAX can now accept a data file for evaluation. Data files submitted for evaluation must be accompanied by an accurately completed Seller Survey for the accounts. Without a Seller Survey, our Analytics Team cannot properly price or otherwise evaluate your portfolio.

Once your portfolio has been evaluated by the CMAX Executive Team, you will be contacted with our suggested deal strategy and pricing. Once we have agreed to a strategy and pricing, your Business Development Representative will send you a completed Placement Order with all of the information discussed about the strategy and pricing filled out. After you sign and submit this Placement Order back to your Business Development Representative your portfolio is ready to be brought to market.
