What is the Difference Between “Accounts for Sale” and “Accounts for Bid”?
After logging into NDSE you are viewing the home page. At the top of the page are two tabs, “Accounts for Sale” and “Accounts for Bid”. These tabs refer to the most popular sale strategies on NDSE individual account sales and bid packages. More information about “Accounts for Sale” can be found on our Individual Account Sales page. How Do I Search for Accounts?
To search for individual accounts first you must register and login to NDSE, then click on “Accounts for Sale” button on the top of the page. It will direct you to the search engine feature that is used to customize the criteria for your individual account search.
How do I Select Multiple States on the Search Engine?
After logging into NDSE, click on the “Accounts for Sale” button which will bring you to the NDSE individual account search engine. To select multiple accounts on the search engine, hold down the “Control” key and click on the states you would like to search. The same technique can be used when choosing multiple counties or cities.
Can I get a Biography of the Portfolios Seller?
Although you are always free to research the seller yourself, CMAX does not provide biographical information about the selling organization, or their representatives. Buyers are expected to complete their own due diligence on sellers.

What are the Payment Options?
All payments made for the purchase of portfolios must be made via wire transfer. The wire transferinformation is made available to buyers after purcahsing the accounts, via email, and is included in the Closing Statement. The manner of payment i dependent on the language n the Account Purchase Agreement for each transaction. Please make sure to review the Account Purchase Agreement before purchasing accounts.
Where can I view a Seller Survey or Account Purchase Agreement?
An Account Purchase Agreement and Seller Survey are attached to every account sold on NDSE. To view the documents associated with any particular account simply “View Account Details” for the account. The second to last row on the right of the detail view is labeled “Documents”. Displayed in that row is a blue link titled “View”. Click on “View” for the account you want to see and a pop-up box will show you all the documents available for that account. The Account Purchase Agreement and Seller Survey are always listed. Clicking on the name of the document you wish to view will bring you to a digital copy of the document.
How do I Obtain Media?
Every account sold on CMAX NDSE has a Seller Survey attached to the account. The Seller Survey has instructions and contact information for both media and buyback requests. Although CMAX does handle post-sale servicing for some debt sellers on NDSE, you must check the Seller Survey for the transaction for instructions. The Seller Survey is available for review prior to purchasing accounts and should be a regular part of your due diligence process.
