Debt Buyer Post-Sale Support

CMAX NDSE is an online exchange platform for the sale of debt, but is also a media distribution outlet for many of the accounts purchased through NDSE. Media is any documentation for the account including original credit applications, monthly statements or other necessary documents. Debt sellers on the NDSE may elect to have the CMAX Client Services Team handle post-sale support for the buyers of their portfolios including the handling of media and buybacks.

Since many of the portfolios sold on NDSE are unique, it is important that you CHECK THE SELLER SURVEY for specific instructions on post-sale support. The standard CMAX Seller Survey has a page devoted to media requests and ineligible accounts. If you check this page of your seller survey each time you make a purchase you will know exactly who to contact for your post-sale support.
