In order to access any of the secure areas of the NDSE users must first register and be approved for a username and password. The registration and approval process ensure that anyone authorized to buy debt on NDSE meets minimum qualifying standards. Accounts listed for sale on NDSE are not available to be viewed or purchased by the general public.

Getting Approved to Purchase on CMAX NDSE

To become an approved debt buyer on the NDSE you must meet some minimum qualifications.  Registrants must prove to CMAX that they meet these qualifications or be a member of an approved organization in order to qualify. Our Sales Team verifies the information submitted by every registrant to ensure that all approved buyers meet the qualifications required of an NDSE debt buyer.

Debt buyers that are members of the following associations will have their applications approved immediately. In order to become a member of the following groups you must prove to the association that you exceed our qualifications. If you are registering as the member of an organization you may want to include your membership # with the application to expedite the process of getting approved.

Debt buyers that are not members of one of the approved industry associations must submit the following information to CMAX for evaluation. All applications outside of association membership will be reviewed and verified by the VP of Sales & Business Development and the VP of Corporate Services.
