This unique technology gives debt sellers a cost effective way to target their debt sales and to sell debt to their target market. Debt buyers on NDSE have the opportunity to customize the portfolios they purchase by selecting each individual account. A sophisticated search engine on the NDSE gives buyers the tools they need to find the accounts that fit their collection model. This type of individual account transaction is exclusive to the CMAX NDSE.

With NDSE, debt buyers can search an extensive collection of debt portfolios online and make purchases on a national, regional, state, county, city or zip code level. NDSE gives debt buyers the ability to purchase segments of larger portfolios by account size, geographic location, and product type allowing smaller buyers the same purchasing opportunities previously only available to much larger organizations. Once a purchaser has chosen the accounts they want, the transaction can be completed online in only moments. Buyers can view their seller surveys, download purchased accounts, and request post-sale support all online.

The NDSE offers a good mix of proprietary technology combined with old-fashion personalized service to guide you through the due diligence, contract and sales processes. CMAX does not measure success by how much debt is sold or how many entities it sold to, but rather how many entities it sells to on a continuing basis. The development of long term relationships with debt buyers and debt sellers is an integral part of the CMAX philosophy.

Beyond the NDSE, CMAX has also developed other collections related technologies to assist with the acquisition, management and collections of distressed assets. CMAX has a unique debt collection network consisting of third party collection agencies around the country managed through a proprietary CMAX online application.

CMAX takes a unique approach to the management of debt collections enabling them to achieve liquidation rates far above industry benchmarks. CMAX doesn’t score the debt, but rather scores the collector and utilizes a proprietary placement model to manage which collectors are receiving which accounts.
